APPLICATION CHECKLIST

To apply for undergraduate enrollment at UW-Superior, the following must be submitted:

√     Application

√     Application Fee

√     Original Transcript(s)

Freshman                                     Transfer

√     SAT or ACT Score Report (Required for native-English speakers)

√     Proof of English Language Proficiency (for non-native English speakers)

√    Tuition Award Program (TAP Grant) application (Recommended but not required) (see Costs and Financial Aid for more information).

√     Financial Documentation

√     Photocopy of Passport Photo Page

√    Anything else that supports your application to UW-Superior (optional).

 

Deadlines:

In order for applications to be processed and to allow sufficient time for the visa interview process and travel to the United States, the required documents must be on file with UW-Superior's Office of International Programs by the following dates:

Fall Semester (September - December): JULY 1
Spring Semester (January - May): NOVEMBER 1

Transfer students who are in the United States at the time of application will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
